✧ General/Art ✧
1. - Please always be polite and respectful to me and other customers.2. - Please credit me BY LINK to any of my social medias for my art and designs.3. - I may post art pieces made for you on my social medias and use them as art examples.4. - You may use the art for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.5. - Do not draw on or change my artwork without my permission. However, using it in edits (adding filters, stickers etc.) is fine.6. - Please do not remove my watermark and/or put your own on the artwork.7. - You may ask for updates, WIPs and progress at any time - though, please do not stress or pressure me. Please be patient with me and understand if I need a little time.8. - Please ask me for changes when I'm still doing the sketch. After you've approved the sketch and I started lining, I will only make small changes.9. - I may decline a commission/art trade for whatever reason.
✧ Adopts/Customs ✧
1. - The character/design belongs to me until full payment is received.2. - Once bought, you may change anything you'd like about the adopt - design, gender, background information. For species adopts, you have to keep a redesign within the specie's traits.3. - Please only offer what I mention to accept and do not lowball me.4. - Please don't sell the adopt for more than bought for unless more art has been added.5. - For customs, please clearly tell me what you'd like - a moodboard, color palette and/or details are fine. If you've approved a sketch or left it up to me, I will only make small changes.6. - I have the right to decline your offer for whatever reason.
✧ Payment/Refunds ✧
1. - Full payment has to be made when you've approved the sketch.2. - I mostly accept PayPal and dA points for commissions and adopts. Occassionally, I may also accept AC too.3. - I may cancel a commission if anything happens and I feel that I am not able to fulfill your commission anymore. If I cancel a commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment.4. - You are able to cancel a commission before the sketch has been approved.5. - After you've approved the sketch and I've started working on the art piece, you cannot cancel a commission anymore. If you have a reasonable explanation for canceling the commission, I might make an exception - though, depending on the progress and effort I've already put into the piece, I might not give you a full refund.6. - If you are disrespectful, put me under extreme pressure, insult me, refuse to credit me or anything similar, I have the right to block and blacklist you.
